Solutions

Web 2.0 technology is here and HR Best Practices is proud to introduce the next generation of its proven data mining software. Our web technology is developed in PHP replete with AJAX (asynchronous java script and XML) and leading relational data base technology. Our user interface employs a cascading style sheet metaphor. Data is secured through using advanced hashing algorithms.

“The BRAIN” (Benefits Reconciliation And Insurance Negotiator), the core of our technology platform, interfaces with all national health plan vendors, PBMs, HRMS applications, many TPAs and most benefit administration software. Our ETL (extract, transform and load) data conversion programs enable us to load data quickly and accurately.

Our HRBP 2.0 web technology provides a “one-button” solution. Essentially, at the push of a single button, numerous business rule-driven queries are executed simultaneously. Query results can be limited or expanded by changing parameters, such as “net paid” amount or “termination date.” Users can simply press the “download to Excel” button in order to review and validate suspicious claims. Since our user interface is designed using web 2.0 technology, our solutions can be mastered in a few hours.

Our technology is available as a branded, co-branded or private label solution.
